I work in a person-centred way which focusses on developing the therapeutic relationship offering empathy and acceptance without judgement.Wedderburns also offers life coaching for those who want to achieve and exceed personal and/or professional goals, and Pastoral Supervision which can provide a helpful safe space for those working in senior roles (such as senior Doctors, Medics, CEOs and Head Teachers) and in some caring roles such as those in spiritual Ministry, Social Work and other confidential settings, who find a need to explore issues which don't feel appropriate for 'line management' discussions BLAST! (EMDR style therapy) I am pleased to have achieved BLAST! (bi lateral analysis and stimulation treatment) Technique Practitioner status. BLAST! was born out of EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy and can make a dramatic difference to how we feel about traumatic memories.
