I am a professionally qualified and experienced counsellor working with individuals in North Shropshire and Staffordshire.Prior to starting formal counselling training in 2011, I enjoyed an interesting and varied career encompassing the private, public and charity sectors, finishing in a senior charity executive role in 2015 and have since been involved, alongside counselling, with management consultancy work - particularly helping charities and community initiatives to work better.I am interested in the development of individuals and organisations and have worked with organisations going through major change which is usually very stressful for those involved. I have developed particular skills in dealing with work related stress and anxiety and have an interest in career coaching and now, life coaching.I am passionate about empowering individuals to find their solutions and I will call on the various skills, tools and approaches I have acquired, to work with you to find the best blend of approaches to suit your needs.
